1. Raiding takes alot of time and effort outside of the instance for comsumables etc. Do you have enough time to prepare adequately?
wel i can only stay untill 22.00 server time

wel i wil be alway's on time and i wil be friendly against my guild mates

Yes,in my prev guilds we used also DKP. which is the same and i dont mind. because people should work for their own gear and fun.
