1. Raiding takes alot of time and effort outside of the instance for comsumables etc. Do you have enough time to prepare adequately?

Leadership in WOTKL on Pugs. Current content only Halfus and Magmaw by pug also.
4. What do you feel has been your most challenging encounter and why?
Ulduar was a epic raid.
5. (For DPS) There is a group of 6 mobs with clear instructions of a killing order plus some CC's. Do you:
a) Run around screaming.
b) AoE the shit out of everything.
c) Kill in the order given.
d) Pick your nose and go afk.

Couse of my job i can't tell you for sure when i can join that's depends what program of work i have. 5/7 days working a random time and also i have 2 random HolyDays.
If there is a week wich i am working afternoon i will announce leader that i am offline that week to come in rest is ok for me to join 3 hours wed/thur/sund and mond.
7. We use EP/GP as a loot system which rewards players on their raid activity, do you think this is a fair way of distributing loot?

I have no screenshots from raids. But my addons are Grid: All my healing spells/dispelling DBM LoseControl OmniCC Recount( that to keep my place on top 1 xD
) Dominos etc..

Enchanting and Tailoring 525 both of professions

Tailoring have all high recipies working on enchanting also.
